Peppermayo Exclusive - Rio Dreams Cowl Neck Halter Top - Turqoise

I have emailed the customer service team several times in the past couple of weeks regarding this issue to which I have not received a response. I paid $22 for "Express Shipping" for this item and it did not arrive within the quoted delivery time of 2-4 business days, instead it arrived in 7 business days. I chose to pay this express shipping price because I was under the impression that the item would receive in time for an event I was attending, because the website said it would. I spent that extra $22 for no reason because the website promised an inaccurate delivery time. The top itself isn't amazing, obviously just from the look of it its not going to be a comfy cozy piece but the material is really uncomfortable and irritating to the skin around the armpit area and that is just from the couple of minutes I was wearing it while trying it on. I am going to have to pin the neck area because its very long. I think with some boob tape I can make it look good. Genetics gave me chesticles that sag like im 45 even though I'm 25 but I'm hoping I can still pull this off if I can have something that can pull the girls up since this top does not have the support needed for larger chests.
