I ordered this over a month ago and never received my parcel which is not down to peppermayo - however since I have emailed and was told I would hear back about a refund in 5 working day and I have emailed multiple times since and have not heard anything from them and am left with no dress or refund . I really love peppermayo so am externally disappointed with the extremely poor communication and customer service I have received . Will not be ordering again .
